Bổ nhiệm là gì?
Bổ nhiệm là giao cho một người giữ chức vụ trong bộ máy nhà nước bằng quyết định của một cá nhân hoặc là của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền.
Trong đó, việc bổ nhiệm này mang tính chất quyền lực của nhà nước từ người có chức vụ nhất định, giúp hỗ trợ củng cố bộ máy nhà nước và góp phần kiện toàn, đồng thời đảm bảo sự hoạt động hiệu quả và hiệu lực của bộ máy nhà nước.
Trong tiếng Anh, bổ nhiệm được dịch là “appointment” và được định nghĩa như sau:
Appointment is the implementation of the assignment of a person to a position in the state apparatus under a decision from a state agency or a competent individual according to the provisions of law. In particular, this appointment is of the nature of the power of the state from people with certain positions, helping to consolidate the state apparatus and contributing to the consolidation, at the same time ensuring effective and effective operation of the state apparatus.
